Q:  I noticed I cannot order a table online from your website. Why?

A:  Although we do sell to customers nationwide via phone orders, we encourage our local customers to meet us in person and see our tables first-hand, then order in person.

Q:  How does the ordering process work?

A:  After seeing our work in person, and you place an order, we will request a 50% down payment.  Judging by the options chosen for the table, production can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks.  The remaining 50% balance will be due upon delivery.

Q:  Do you carry poker tables in stock, ready for sale?

A: Yes.  We normally have 3 basic casino style tables in stock, ready for cash and carry.  We highly recommend that you call us first to verify our stock count.  If we happen to be out of stock, we can replentish our stock in about 5 days.  To see the tables we have in stock, ready to sell, click here.

Q:  How many players can fit at your tables?

A:  Our standard size is  4ft. wide by 8ft. long, allowing 10 people to play at one table comfortably.  Requests for smaller custom sized tables are welcome, however, this will reduce player capacity.

Q:  Is there a delivery fee?

A:  Delivery is free anywhere inside Loop-1604.  For local delivery outside of Loop-1604 to New Braunfels, a delivery fee of $50 applies.

Q:  What happens if I damage my table?

A:  Don't fret.  Our tables disassemble easily for repair.  The padded arm rail unbolts from underneath and is easily removed.  On our "racetrack" style tables, the playing surface (island) also easily unbolts.  This feature on our tables allows not only easy repairs,  it allows for easy updating and/or upgrading the color scheme or any part of the upholstered material.

Q:  I've seen poker tables for sale on other websites.  Why should I buy from you?

A:  A majority of websites on the internet sell mass-produced cheaply made poker tables that are imported.  Those tables are made with inferior materials and won't last nearly as long as ours.  Also, those tables do not disassemble for easy repairs.  Our tables are strong, durable, and custom made from start to finish; right here in the U.S.A. 

There are several custom poker table manufacturers on the web as well.  After seeing their websites, and their tables, we are confident WE ARE THE BEST.  Alot of our competitors use alot of prefabricated parts, specifically for upholstery.  Several of our competitors, even local ones, use very cheap imitation prefabricated vinyl/padding combo.  It is sold by the foot online, and requires unsightly seam covers that look like bandages.  Here at Ace High, we custom upholster all of our tables with real faux leather marine-grade vinyl and top quality padding.  Don't accept anything less.

Q:  Do you accept credit cards?

A:  Yes.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks via PayPal.  A PayPal account is not neccessary for this feature.  PayPal is a safe, easy way to pay.
