All new Ace High Enterprises poker tables are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 Months from date of purchase.
This warranty includes the following:
- Defects in the integrity and stitching of the vinyl.
- Defects in the integrity of the poker cloth.
Our warranty does not apply to any unit that has been abused, misused, altered by component part substitutions, used for rental, or other commercial uses.
Our warranty does not cover personal injuries, damages to/or failure of components, or any other losses due to accident, misuse, or negligence.
If upon examination it is determined that a repair or replacement is justified, replacement of materials will be made without charge.
Transportation costs($25.00), and labor charges($25.00/hr.) incurred in the repair or replacement are not covered by this warranty.
